Gentle alking is one of the greatest pleasures for many people and being surrounded by unspoilt beauty and hiking with a few close friends and family is a wonderful way to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
There are a number of slackpacking trails in the Natal Midlands ranging from 1 day to 4 days sleeping in lovely guest houses and lodges which belong to the renowned Midlands Meander arts and Craft Route.
